Empowering Safety & Health Committee (1day)

This is a 1-day programs specially tailored for participants who wish to enhance their understanding on the requirement of Health and Safety Committee in workplace. The requirement of Safety and Health Committee has been gazette in OSHA 1994 Regulation 1996 which is an organization with 40 employees required to develop SHC. Many companies have established the safety & health committee but are they effective and really empowered?
