Marketing Executive
JOB PURPOSE :
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager (MM), the Marketing Executive is responsible for providing broad and specialist assistance, and support to the management. As an integral member of the company, the Marketing Executive contributes to the day-to-day marketing and productivity of the company through the coordination of all aspects of marketing including events by providing exceptional assistance and support to the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing and monitoring overall marketing, communication, branding and promotion activities.
- Assist in brand image and sales through development of effective marketing activities.
- Assist in monitoring consistency and compliance of corporate image and branding in line with company requirements.
- Assist in operational marketing by supporting and evaluating the marketing campaign.
- Assist in marketing administrative.
- Assist in internal (inter-department) and external (suppliers, business partners) communication.
- Assist in working with the social media team to create content.
- Assist in Special Projects and Ad Hoc Projects
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications or other relevant professional certification.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of working experiences in marketing and/or promotion role.
- Exposure with training or consultancy related business coupled with advertising client servicing background in advertising firms is a plus.
- Familiar with the development of end-to-end marketing plan and rollout.
- Possess good written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, mature, with excellent analytical & quantitative skills
- Team player with good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
- May require to work during weekends and public holidays for promotion events.
